Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the VetTrack platform (the “Service”), the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”). If the User does not agree with any provision herein, they must refrain from registering for or using the Service.
1. Service Provider Identification
1.1 The VetTrack Service is provided by:

1.2 These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between the User and VetBizz.

2. Scope and Description of the Service
2.1 VetTrack is a digital platform providing tools for the collection, organisation, and analysis of veterinary market data, including:
- Data visualisation and analytics dashboards;
- Reports and benchmarking tools;
- Ancillary support and/or consulting services, where agreed.
2.2 The features available to each User depend on the subscription plan in force.
2.3 Any outputs, reports, or indicators generated by the platform (“Results”) are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or veterinary advice. The User remains solely responsible for any decisions taken on the basis of the Results.
2.4 VetBizz reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where such changes materially affect the Service, Users will be given reasonable prior notice.
3. Access and Account პირობ
3.1 Access to the Service is granted upon completion of registration and, where applicable, confirmation of payment.
3.2 Certain features may be accessible without a subscription; however, full access requires the creation of an account.
3.3 The User is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Keep credentials secure and not disclose them to third parties;
- Notify VetTrack immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
3.4 VetTrack may require credential updates or implement additional authentication measures for security purposes.
3.5 The User must be at least 18 years of age.
3.6 Where the User accesses the Service on behalf of a legal entity, they warrant that they have authority to bind that entity to these T&Cs.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 The User shall use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these T&Cs and shall not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or interfere with the Service;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Process third-party personal data without a valid legal basis and GDPR compliance;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or Results;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform;
- Allow third parties to access the Service using their credentials.
4.2 VetTrack may suspend or terminate access without notice and without refund in case of breach of this clause.
5. User Data and Results
5.1 The User remains solely responsible for any data submitted to the platform (“User Data”) and warrants that:
- They have all necessary rights and permissions to share such data;
- Such data does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law;
- The data is accurate and up to date.
5.2 Results may be generated based on User Data, aggregated and anonymised datasets, and/or licensed third-party sources. Results are provided for informational purposes only.
5.3 VetTrack may use User Data in aggregated and anonymised form to improve the Service, develop benchmarks, and enhance its offerings.
5.4 Where VetTrack processes personal data on behalf of the User, the parties shall enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
6. Access and Pricing
6.1 The Service is currently provided free of charge, including updates and newsletters.
6.2 VetTrack reserves the right to introduce paid plans or features upon prior notice.
7. Cancellation and Account Deactivation
7.1 The User may deactivate their account at any time via the platform.
7.2 Account deactivation does not automatically unsubscribe the User from newsletters.
7.3 Marketing communications may be cancelled via the unsubscribe link or account settings.
7.4 VetTrack may retain data where required by law or for anonymised statistical purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights in the Service remain vested in VetBizz and its partners.
8.2 The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal professional use only.
8.3 The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:
– Distribution or sharing of Results;
– Commercial exploitation or resale;
– Use of Results to compete with VetTrack.
8.4 User Data remains the property of the User.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the VetTrack Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9.2 Users may exercise their rights at any time.
9.3 The User acknowledges they may act as a data controller.
9.4 A DPA shall apply where relevant.
10. Warranties and Liability
10.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetTrack shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10.3 Liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
10.4 No liability is accepted for third-party content.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1 VetTrack may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.
11.2 The User may cease use at any time.
11.3 Certain provisions shall survive termination.
12. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
13. Amendments
13.1 VetTrack may amend these T&Cs at any time.
13.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Incident Reporting
Users should report issues via official channels.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of VetBizz’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
